Before the campaign started, there had a publicity pre-event had been organized which is FLASH MOB. This flash mob is not same as those broadcasting on the youtube or movie as it was just a simple hand table beating performance. Nonetheless, it also able grabbed the attention of the public. Because of the time constraint, so we just chose some simple step to learn and perform. We had use one day time to practices and rehearsal at the actual location which is campus canteen 1 only. During the practice, all group member had been giving out the fully corporation as well as put effort to learn together. For instance, the 37 of the group members had been distributed into two groups. One of the groups was playing the role as a PERSONAL SAFETY AGENT while the other groups had played as VICTIM. The PERSONAL SAFETY AGENT had to be learning one more set of hand beating because they were the groups who sit into the crowded people at first. There was a speaker had be use microphone to make the announcement about our “ALLways” Safe campaign towards the public.

During the day of the FLASH MOB, all group members had been come early and gather at the canteen 1 concourse area. PERSONAL SAFETY AGENT had been dressing up black color T shirt while VICTIM had been dressing up white color T shirt. Before the start of FLASH MOB, all VICTIMS must be making up as a victim as their hand and eye will make up with some wounds. It aimed to make them look more like victims and intended to grab the attention of the public.

After done all the preparation, PERSONAL SAFETY AGENT had sit into the crowed people at first. After that, the VICTIM started to walk around the canteen 1 within 10 minutes. Their look had made the public to keep on their sight on those VICTIMS successfully. As the time past, we had played out the warning sounds in order to inform the VICTIMS ready to sit into the group as well as get the attention of the public. Then, the PERSONAL SAFETY AGENT had started to beat the table following by the VICTIM. In the middle of the FLASH MOB, one of the group members had shout out our campaign slogan which is “ALLway and alWAYS Safe”. After finished the performance, the speaker was announcing the detail of the campaign while all VICTIMS had stood up to distribute the flyer to the public. This is the flow of the overall FLASH MOB performance.
