Limitation of ALLways Safe Campaign

In the course of this entire campaign, there are a few limitations that can be highlighted. The first limitation is the lack of power supply. One of our tactics involves the usages of a tent, and the issue that will arise from this will be air supply and heat. The team had a solution to solve this issue and that solution is to install 2 air-cond. However, the power supply that is supplied at canteen 1 concourse area is not able to support the air-cond, hence the team had to resolve by using standing fan as well as hanging up the side of the tent to allow air flow. This cause some issues during the first day but things worked out as day progresses by.

The second limitation in this campaign is the Hari Raya holidays. As our campaign is on the 21st to the 23rd of July, which is three days after Hari Raya, we were unable to attach our self with any government body as they are still on holiday or finishing up last minute work since coming back from holidays. The lesson that can be taken here is to do a proper research before settling with a date for any campaign as it might affect the campaign.

The last limitation is that the college had a workshop on our opening ceremony day. As mentioned, our opening ceremony was clashing with a workshop that was being held in TARUC. This caused the campaign to lose many VIP’s attendance such as the president of TARUC, Y Bhg Datuk Tan Chik Heok. As for this, we had to quickly come out with a backup plan to solve this issue that is in hand. In addition to that, on the actual day itself, there were many last minute changes that could affect the campaign. What we could learn from this is that we have to always prepare our self for the unexpected and always have a backup plan.
