ALLways Safe Campaign Preparation

Are you interests to know what happened behind the screen during “ALLways Safe Campaign” preparation? Let’s check out the photos of ALLways Safe Campaign preparation for ALLways Safe Campaign on Monday (20 July 2015) in Canteen 1 Red Brick Café and Concourse area.


 “ALLways Safe Campaign” preparation for “Travelling Journey”



All the members of ALLways Safe Campaign are helping each other to set up the campaign. We move the props that use to set up for the “Travelling Journey”  


There are Mannequins was set up and display in the “Travelling Journey” that aim to create awareness by using “fear” as well as “experience”.


The option boards with campus and home safety will allow the participants to answer the question based on different situation.   



“ALLways Safe Campaign” preparation for Open Ceremony’s Backdrop 


One of the logistic team members was use mahjong papers to stick the backdrop of “ALLways Safe Campaign”. 


One of the exhibition members is using polystyrene cutter to cut the polystyrene with “ALLways Safe Campaign” Alphabets that use for Open Ceremony backdrop.




A huge Stoper’s Pepper Spray was creating by using newspapers, color papers and boxes.


Logistic Team members are cutting and stick the “ALLways Safe Campaign” words to the color papers and polystyrene.




ALLways Safe Campaign” preparation for “Mini Game Booth” and “Information Broad”



We are helping each other to set up “Are U The Next One” mini game booth.


The planning and programming team had use the Velcro to stick it on the ping pong balls.


One of the logistic team members help the exhibition team to set up the exhibition broad.


As a conclusion, I think the team work is very important as we corporate and help each other to set up the booth and open ceremony. Even it is very rush because we only use one day to complete the preparation for open ceremony and on ground event (21 July 2015) but all the members had completed the task that had been assigned in the end of the day.
